We have a dedicated panel of well-established residential conveyancing solicitor firms offering bespoke legal advice and service covering a full range of residential property matters to clients based in the UK and abroad. Our panel firms are accredited and have extensive residential property experience and readily available to deal with queries as they arise and understand the needs of clients, whether it be for the acquisition of their family homes or for their property investment needs. Most of our member firms are on the panel for the majority of known lenders within England and Wales but also panel members of numerous banks that operate from South East Asia and are therefore able to assist clients with their loan requirements whether they are based in the UK or the Far East.

Member firms regularly travel to South East Asia enabling them to meet with clients face to face and will be present during our exhibitions to provide appropriate advice to purchasers and assist them with on-the-spot exchange of contracts for which most developers will offer additional incentives to differentiate them from other local developers, such as free furnishings, a car parking space, or by paying your legal fees or stamp duty.
